To join the fun for our 2010 event, fill out the following form then simply pay online or send your check to Rudy's Road Trip, PO Box 214, Deforest, WI 53532.

Please submit a separate form for each person attending so we can make sure that all tickets, shirts, and prizes are accounted for properly. Thank you for your participation, we can't wait to see you on THE TRIP.
